- How can I reach the hotel by car?

If you're arriving by car, take the A1 Salzburg-Klessheim exit, which is toll-free from Bavaria. Follow Klessheimer Allee and Peter-Pfenninger-Straße.
- Are hotel parking spaces available?

Please note that our hotel has a limited number of parking spaces available. These can be reserved, subject to availability, for 25 € per day upon request. Additionally, we offer a paid electric vehicle charging station on-site.
- Which airport is nearby?

The nearest airport is Salzburg Airport (SZG), located approximately 5.2 km away. Munich Airport (MUC), is about 170 km away.
- How can I reach the hotel by public transport?

You can easily reach our hotel by public transportation:
- O-Bus lines: 1, 9, 12, 28, 34, and 36 | Station: Salzburg Ikea / Europark | 2-6 minutes walking from the hotel

- Where is the nearest taxi stand?

The nearest taxi stand is located in front of the Europark. If you prefer, we would be happy to arrange a taxi directly to the hotel for you.
- How can I reach the hotel by bike?

If you wish to reach the hotel by bicycle, you can use the EUROPARK bike path. There are free bike racks on-site where you can securely park your bicycle.
- Is there a shuttle service?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a shuttle service to the city, airport, or conference center. However, you can take public transport or a taxi. If needed, we can help arrange a taxi for you.
- How is the access for buses?

Buses can drive directly to the hotel. However, please note that parking is not possible on-site.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your room at The Passenger Hotel will be ready for you from 3.00 pm, allowing you to arrive relaxed. On the day of departure, you have until 12.00 pm to check out.
- Is early check-in or late check-out possible?

Yes, early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability. Upon request, we will do our best to accommodate an earlier check-in or a later check-out. Please note that additional fees may apply, which we will inform you about.

Yes, you can easily check in online through the Bonvoy app. Please note that you may need to present an ID (passport, ID card, or driver’s license) for identity verification upon arrival.

- Is there a luggage storage?

Yes, our reception team is happy to assist with your luggage upon arrival and departure and can securely store it for you.
- Are pets allowed at the hotel?

Your pet is warmly welcome at our hotel! For 39 € per pet per stay, you can bring your four-legged friend along. Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant and fitness area, and must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel.

You can conveniently pay with cash, debit-, credit card, or voucher. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
- Is there a smoking area at the hotel?

Smoking is not allowed in our rooms and suites, as our entire hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Please note that smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas at the main entrance and on the outdoor terrace. A cleaning fee of at least 180 € will be charged to your guest account for smoking in your room. Depending on the condition of the room, we reserve the right to increase the fee accordingly.

Yes, the hotel is fully accessible. Public areas such as the lobby, restaurant, bar, and underground parking, as well as some rooms, are designed to accommodate guests with limited mobility.
- What are the costs for children?

We are happy to provide a cot, an extra bed, or a high chair for your child. Children up to 6 years old stay with us free of charge. An extra bed costs 30 € per stay for children over 6 years old.
- What are the benefits of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, and how can I join?

The gym is open daily from 6.00 am to 10.00 pm. Access to the MAIKAI fitness area is complimentary for our guests. Towels are provided, and a water station is available.
